Self Exclusion

Scope and purpose

This Self-Exclusion Policy (the Policy) applies to all players and users who access 77rp online gambling products and services. It sets out the options, procedures, and consequences of self-exclusion across the entire 77rp ecosystem. Self-exclusion options

Users may request one of the following exclusion periods:

  • Temporary exclusions: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months.
  • Permanent exclusion: indefinite, with no automatic restoration unless a separate reinclusion procedure is completed.

Requests may specify the effective date, which shall be no later than 24 hours after confirmation by 77rp, and in any case may be implemented immediately where practicable.

Implementation and enforcement

Upon receipt of a valid self-exclusion request, 77rp will implement access restrictions across all its gambling products and services within 24 hours, and will maintain the exclusion for the duration stated. The user will be blocked from accessing 77rp accounts, placing bets, and making deposits. Impact during exclusion

During an active exclusion, the User:
