1. General Rules
These Betting Rules govern all wagers placed on 77rp. Settlement of every market is determined by the official result published by the event’s governing authority or organiser. Bets placed after the official outcome has been determined may be voided in accordance with these rules or the market description.
- 1.1 Settlement of outcomes: The claimed result is final when publicly announced by the appropriate governing body; settlements follow that determination unless the market description specifies otherwise.
- 1.2 Right to reject or cancel bets: 77rp reserves the right to accept, refuse, or cancel bets in whole or in part without obligation to disclose reasons to the customer.
- 1.3 Palpable error and post‑acceptance corrections: After a bet is accepted, 77rp may void or cancel bets in cases such as palpable errors in event details or odds, inadvertent multiple identical bets, attempts to bypass limits, or use of insider information that influences the outcome.
- 1.4 Venue or situs changes: 77rp may cancel all bets on an event if the venue is altered after bet placement; settlements will be made according to the new circumstances or market rules.
- 1.5 Material changes to event conditions: Bets may be voided if there are radical changes to the event’s circumstances (for example, durations, distance, or number of periods) that materially affect outcomes.
- 1.6 Suspected fraud or manipulation: If fraud or manipulation is suspected, 77rp may keep specific bets unsettled, report to regulators, await formal findings, and settle or void according to a regulatory or governing body decision.
- 1.7 System interruptions: In the event of a technical interruption during bet placement, 77rp will perform standard checks and may accept or reject bets when the system becomes available; customers should verify bet acceptance on their history page.
- 1.8 VAR and on‑field decisions: If a Video Assistant Referee decision contradicts the on‑pitch ruling and alters the state of play, bets placed between the original incident and the final decision may be voided unless the affected odds were not influenced by the VAR outcome or were already accounted for at bet acceptance; other bets remain valid.
- 1.9 Odds display and rounding: Displayed odds are shown with two decimals; total odds are calculated using an additional decimal precision; winnings are settled to two decimal places. Differences are attributable to rounding conventions.
- 1.10 Settlement-to‑resettlement window: The maximum interval between the initial settlement of a bet and any subsequent re‑settlement is 30 days.
- 1.11 End‑of‑match timing for football: If the official conclusion occurs at or after the 79th minute, the full‑time result governs related markets; undecided markets settled according to the full‑time result unless market rules specify otherwise. If the match ends before that point and undecided markets exist, those markets may be voided.
- 1.12 Match formats and duration: Bets apply to standard match durations; if a match format falls outside the defined range (for example, excessively short or extended durations), markets may be voided unless the market description provides a contrary rule. Bets on non‑standard durations are at the customer’s risk and are accepted with this understanding.
- 1.13 Play‑or‑Pay for outrights: Outright markets (such as Winner or Top positions) stand unless the listed participant is unable to participate; if a listed participant is unable to take part, the participant’s markets may be settled as losses. Head‑to‑head markets are excluded from this rule. If a replacement participant of the same team enters, team markets may stand while individual performance markets for the original participant are void.
- 1.14 Organizer discretion and account controls: 77rp may decline to accept bets, suspend or restrict accounts, or take other compliance actions without prior notice where justified by risk management or rule compliance.
2. Scorers and Related Markets
This section covers goalscorer related bets and circumstances affecting their settlement.
- 2.1 First Goalscorer: Valid only for goals scored during regular time unless stated otherwise; if a match begins with an own goal or a player does not take the field, bets on the first goalscorer are void unless an own goal is the first goal, which is treated as not counting toward First Goalscorer.
- 2.2 Last Goalscorer: Valid for players who take part in the match; bets void if the listed player does not play.
- 2.3 Anytime Goalscorer: Applies to any player who participates in the match; if a listed player does not take the field, the bet may be void.
- 2.4 Own goals: Own goals are counted according to official authorities; if an own goal scenario affects scorer markets, outcomes are adjusted in line with the official result.
- 2.5 Abandoned or interrupted matches: If a match is abandoned after kickoff and cannot be completed, bets on first or last goalscorer may be void; other scorer markets may be settled according to the score at the moment of abandonment where permissible.
3. Live Betting
Live bets are accepted during the course of an event and settle based on real‑time progression and official results.
- 3.1 Real‑time odds: Live odds are dynamic and may move up or down between bet selection and acceptance; the potential payout reflects current odds as offered at the moment of bet acceptance.
- 3.2 Live settlements: Live bets are settled when the outcome becomes determinable from the live event data; bets on players not actively participating may be void unless otherwise stated in the market description.
- 3.3 Post‑start claim window: Claims or disputes regarding live bets must be submitted within 24 hours from the start of the event; late claims may be rejected at the discretion of 77rp.
- 3.4 Interruption and recalculation: If the event is interrupted for more than 48 hours, bets calculated up to the interruption may be considered final; bets on outcomes not completed may be void unless a definitive result is reached within the permissible window.
4. Cash Out
Cash Out provides early settlement of a bet where available. This feature applies to accepted Singles and Combos and may not be offered for all events.
- 4.1 Availability: Cash Out may be offered at any time after bet placement and as long as the feature is displayed as available.
- 4.2 Eligible bet types: Cash Out is available for Single and Combo bets; other bet types may not be eligible.
- 4.3 Exercise and timing: To initiate Cash Out, access the bet in Coupon or Bet History and select Cash Out; availability can be affected by technical conditions or live data feeds.
- 4.4 Settlement: Cash Out settles immediately at the cash out amount displayed; the result may differ from the eventual final result of the event.
- 4.5 Limitations: Cash Out may be withdrawn or suspended at any time in accordance with risk management and technical considerations.
5. Bet Limits and Eligibility
Minima and maxima apply to all bets subject to market rules and risk controls.
- 5.1 Minimum bet: The minimum bet amount for all events is 0.50 USD unless a market description states otherwise.
- 5.2 Maximum bet: The maximum bet per event is defined in the current market line and may be adjusted by 77rp without prior notice; changes apply to new bets and are not retroactive.
- 5.3 Restrictions and compliance: 77rp may impose additional limitations on bet type, market, or participant to manage risk; customers may be restricted from placing certain bets or from using multiple accounts in cases of suspected abuse or rule violations.
6. Disputes, Adjustments, and Feedback
For any disputes, discrepancies, or requests for adjustment related to bets, customers should contact 77rp support. 77rp may revise these rules in response to regulatory developments or market dynamics. In cases of error or inconsistency, the latest Market Description governs settlement and any retrospective adjustments shall be made only within applicable statutory periods or market rules.
